Staff extremely misbehaved

Yesterday I visited the Indus hospital in an emergency where all staff including Doctor was very cooperative but one counter staff named Arlan was very rude arrogant with ignorant behavior he was extremely rude, ill-mannered, impolite and unprofessional using Language " tu tarak " because of him I can't get medical assistance from doctor kindly take an action against him ASAP because it's an emergency ward and such type of behavior with serious patient can cause emotional damage.

Surkhab, apke sath jo hua emergency me Arlan ne "tu tarak" bola ye bilkul ghalat hai. Apko ab ye karna hai: 1. Is complaint ka screenshot + emergency slip save rakho - Ye saboot hai 2. Indus Hospital complaint pe direct Arlan ka naam leke complain karo: "08-07-2026 ko emergency counter pe Arlan ne badtameezi ki, tu tarak kiya, doctor se milne nahi diya, action chahiye" 3. 24 hour me jawab na aaye to Sindh Healthcare Commission pe online complaint dal do - Hospital khud contact karega 4. Emergency me kabhi chup mat raho - Seedha bolo "Senior ko bulayein, apko is tarah baat karne ka haq nahi" Izzat se ilaj karwana apka haq hai
