I’m currently visiting Pakistan and decided to use your platform to order food during my stay — and I deeply regret it. Every single time I’ve placed an order, I’ve received spoiled and unsafe food. This isn’t just bad service — it’s a health risk.
It’s absolutely shameful how your customer service team operates. They are unhelpful, untrained, and clearly not empowered to resolve any issues. It feels like you're running a scam — taking advantage of people in a country where money is hard-earned, and trust is already fragile.
Someone will eventually fall seriously ill — or worse — because of this negligence. And when that happens, I hope the public stands up and your services are held accountable.
