Sending wrong article

I ordered a shirt from the online brand kelgary on 18 june 2026. A white lining special occassion shirt. I repeatedly enquired about it on whatsapp if it would be the same as i needed it for an occasion. The lady ensured me they are not fraud. Her voice messages and chat are still there. The next day she sent a different shirt with a different brand name mentioned on the collar . She did not reply after that. I sent her legal notice late due to my mother's condition. Despite serving her a legal notice she did not respond. I cant afford to go alone in court as i am introvert and my mother is aged 60 plus. I have to accompany her and she is not in the condition. Taking her to hospital daily. I want them to refund me
