Scamming people by sending wrong orders

I ordered one bedsheet in black but recieved in another color after questioning they said black is out of stock i told them before sending the diff color they should have asked me but i told them to i want a refund i am not keeping it they said there is no return policy so what can I do if its there mistake and they cant against there policy but scam by not informing me

Agar Instagram page se hai to unko ye bolo: "Aap ne bina pooche different color bhej diya. Ye cheating hai. Agar 24 ghante me refund nahi kiya to main FIA Cyber Crime aur Consumer Court me report karungi." 3. Is complaint pe shop ka naam likho: Aap ne shop ka naam nahi likha - Comment me shop ka page link daal do taake team action le.
