Scam alert California Pizza Loyalty Points are fake

.I ordered a 6-inch pizza from California Pizza.
The price was Rs. 599 + Rs. 150 delivery charges = total Rs. 750.
I had 450 loyalty points in my account. At checkout, the system applied the points and showed the bill as Rs. 299. I placed the order.
When the pizza was delivered, the delivery person handed me a bill of Rs. 599. The loyalty points were not applied at all.
I immediately contacted the branch manager — no solution was given.
I also tried the customer support and call center multiple times — no response from anyone.
This loyalty points system is completely misleading and feels like a scam. They show a discounted bill at checkout to get the order, then charge the full price on delivery.
