Request for refund amount

​I am writing to report an unauthorized auto-deduction of PKR 499.00 made from my JazzCash account to your merchant account (PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED) on October 04, 2026.
​I did not knowingly subscribe to this service or authorize this auto-renewal. The transaction details are as follows:

​I kindly request you to immediately cancel any active subscriptions linked to my number/email and process a full refund of PKR 499.00 back to my JazzCash account, as this charge was unintentional.
