We Irfan KHADIM would like to lodge a complaint against Main Branch Soneri Bank, RWP Branch, regarding unnecessary delay in processing our FCY remittance.
Despite submitting all required shipping documents and sending multiple calls and reminders to the concerned bank, our remittance has still not been processed dated 21-Aug-2026. The branch is neither providing a clear justification nor giving any proper timeline for completion of the transaction.
This delay is causing serious business and financial difficulties for us.
