Refund for Item NOT Delivered

I placed an order No 3031098186079 on 06 Sep 2025 for Westpoint WF-6613 Hair clipper for a total amount - including processing and shipping - of Rs 4096. To date Telemart has not delivered the item. They also closed my complaint without justification/reply. I want refund of the total amount paid for this order.
