I am submitting this complaint regarding a clear issue with the received product, which does not match the condition of the item I dispatched. I am uploading the warehouse unboxing video as initial evidence. Due to upload limitations, my dispatch/packing video along with supporting documents (invoice and additional proof) will be sent via email. I request a proper review of all evidence together and an immediate fair resolution.
