Dear K-Electric,

I am writing this complaint with extreme anger and frustration regarding the unacceptable 13 hours of load shedding in Crystal Plaza, Nishter Road. This situation has gone far beyond reasonable limits. Residents are suffering because electricity is unavailable for such a long period.

We are paying our electricity bills, yet we are being forced to spend almost half the day without electricity. 13 hours of load shedding is completely unacceptable. Students cannot study properly, families cannot sleep comfortably, and people cannot carry out their daily activities.
