I got scammed by this seller. I ordered a dress and paid full money first. After that, they stopped replying to my calls and messages. After many tries, they sent me a dress, but it was completely different from the picture. The quality was very cheap, it looked old, and the sleeve was torn.
Now they are not replying at all. I did not get any refund or replacement. I feel very upset and disappointed.

Amna, ye advance payment scam hai - Ye karo: 1. Page ka naam / link is complaint pe lagao: Aapne seller ka naam hide kiya hai screenshot me - Jis Insta / Facebook / WhatsApp page se order kiya uska link yahan comment me daal do. 312 views hain, naam aayega to page wale foran reply karenge. 2. Jo dress aaya hai uski video banao - Sabse strong proof: Jo cheap / torn sleeve wala dress aaya hai usko usi picture ke saath side-by-side video banao jo seller ne dikhaya tha - "What I ordered vs What I got" - Aur is complaint pe upload karo. 3. FIA Cyber Crime pe report - Full advance ka fraud: https://complaint.fia.gov.pk pe jao > Category: Financial Fraud Payment proof + Chats + Jo dress aaya uski pic lagao. Advance leke different / torn dress bhejna fraud me aata hai. 4. Jis account me paisa bheja usko block karao: JazzCash / Easypaisa helpline 3737 / 4444 pe call karke bolo "Fraud transaction hai, is account ko block karo" - Account number de do jisme bheja tha. Torn / Old dress bhejna = Consumer Act violation hai - Aapko double refund bhi mil sakta hai.
