Very Disappointing Experience with NDURE – Defective Product & Poor Customer Service

I purchased this pair of sandals from NDURE on 12 August. I used them for only one day, and the sandal became damaged/defective. The stitching and leather/upper portion started coming apart, as clearly visible in the attached picture.

I went back to the NDURE store on 13 August and requested a return or replacement. Since the product was defective after just one day of use, the store staff took the pair and told me that they would send it to the company for inspection and that my pair would be replaced after approximately one week.
