Low Quality food and Unprofessional Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Broadway Pizza, Shalimar Branch, placed through Foodpanda.

I ordered two pizzas with different flavors, but both pizzas arrived with the same flavor. Moreover, the pizzas were completely cold, lacked proper toppings, and were of very poor quality. The overall food experience was far below the standards I expected from Broadway Pizza.

When I contacted the branch to report the issue, I spoke with Mr. Ali. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally or offering any compensation, he simply stated that such things sometimes happen when customers order through Food
