JazzCash Payment Successfully Debited but Not Credited to Quotex

On 21 June 2026, I made a successful JazzCash payment of Rs. 5,982 (approximately $20) to Quotex. The amount was deducted from my JazzCash account successfully (Transaction ID: 715427934263), but it has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account.
JazzCash has officially confirmed in writing that the payment was successfully posted to the merchant and the complaint was resolved from their side. However, Quotex still says the payment is under verification and has neither credited my account nor issued a refund, despite more than 14 days having passed.
I have repeatedly contacted both JazzCash and Quotex and attached all relevant evidence, including the payment receipt, JazzCash confirmation email, and Quotex screenshots.
