Dear team,
I want to report an unauthorized transaction from my jazzcash account.
An amount of PKR 499.00 was deducted from my JazzCash account without my permission by merchant PI PAKISTAN PVT LIMITED.

I did not subscribe to any service like Tapmad or any game. I never authorized this company to deduct money from my account. This is an auto-subscription fraud.
I request you to:
1. Immediately cancel / unsubscribe this subscription.
2. Refund my amount of PKR 499 to my JazzCash account.
3. Take strict action against this merchant to prevent future deductions.
Please resolve this on priority.
