Item not delivered after Online Payment

In October 2024, my wife ordered a pair of Earbuds for me worth 35000 from Telemart and made an online payment.
Since then, neither have we received the headphones nor our payment has been refunded.
We have added numerous tickets on their website but they casually just mark them closed, and don't respond to us properly.
