Fraud listings on website

I placed an order with https://toyzee.pk/ Toyzee for an RC foam plane. However, instead of delivering the product I ordered, they sent me a much smaller size RC foam plane. On top of that, the delivered item was worth about 5000 PKR less than the product I actually paid for.

This is highly unprofessional and unfair. Customers trust online stores to deliver the exact items they advertise, and this kind of practice feels misleading and dishonest. I expect Toyzee to either:

1. Deliver the correct RC foam plane that I ordered, or

2. Refund me the price difference of 3,000 PKR immediately.

I’m very disappointed with this experience and hope Toyzee resolves this issue quickly to avoid losing customer trust.
