Assalamu alaikum,
I placed an order on the telemart.pk website on March 17th and transferred the payment to their Meezan account (PK11MEZN000114010509****3). I attached a screenshot of the payment. However, they have neither delivered my order nor refunded my payment.
After a month, they sent an email canceling my order, and since then, I've been messaging them for a refund. They keep delaying, saying "today or tomorrow" for the past four months.
It has now been approaching fifth months (since March 17th), and my issue remains unresolved. Please help resolve this matter.
