Extremely Disappointing California Pizza

My order was promised for **9:02 PM** but was delivered around **10:20 PM**, more than an hour late. When I called at 9:20 PM, I was assured the Shamsheer Branch would call within 5 minutes, but nobody called. I called repeatedly, was kept on hold for several minutes, and one call was disconnected. I was then given the Branch Manager's number (he was on leave) and Regional Manager's number, who neither answered nor responded to my messages.

After all this frustration, the pizza arrived **cold and sub-standard**. I had guests waiting, causing unnecessary stress and embarrassment.

This is **not the first time** I have faced such poor service from California Pizza, which is why I had stopped ordering from the brand.
