EFU life Insurance

I want to file a complaint regarding an unauthorized EFU Health Insurance registration on my account. I received a call from EFU representatives and they registered me without my proper consent. I did not want this insurance service.
And the amount 2900 was deduct quickly from my account .
I request you to please: i have already unsubscribe this insurance and give my payment immediately
Refund the deducted amount of Rs. 2900 to my JazzCash account.
Ensure no further deductions are made from my account.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
