Easy Paisa transaction

Sir, I have made a easypaisa transaction through my easypaisa account on 30-09-2026. An amount of Rs.500 was sent to 03006811704 (Jazz cash account) but amount still not received on receiving account nor return back in my account. Moreover SMS received on sending and receiving account. Please take necessary action accordingly and update please.
