Defective Product Claim Transaction Proof Branch Refusal

I purchased shoes from a Servis outlet on 08/10/2025 from.Saddar Rawalpindi The product has already become damaged despite very light use. I do not have the paper slip, but I have bank transaction history + card details showing the date and amount debited.
When I visited the branch, staff refused to process my claim, saying “no physical slip, no claim” and spoke rudely tjis is the number of the person.03445196738
I called the manager but did not get a response. The second manager said he could not help because he lacked permission.
Please assist by verifying my purchase using my transaction proof and help process this defective product claim in accordance with your policy.
