Defective

I recently purchased a pair of Men's Loafers from Ndure (Article: M-LF-BTL-0017, Size: EU 41). To my absolute shock, the stitching came off completely on the very first wear. This is a clear manufacturing defect and completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to provide quality products.
When I visited the store to claim a replacement, the behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional. Instead of offering an exchange or taking responsibility, the manager told me to go to a local cobbler (mochi) to get it repaired. Why should a customer pay premium brand prices only to be sent to a local cobbler after one wear? A local repair on the front will leave a visible mark and completely ruin the look of a brand-new shoe.
