Complaint Regarding Unauthorized EFU Health Insurance Registration and Deduction

I want to file a complaint regarding an unauthorized EFU Health Insurance registration on my account. I received a call from EFU representatives and they registered me without my proper consent. I did not want this insurance service.
After 3 to 4 days of registration, an amount of Rs. 2950 was deducted automatically from my account. I was also informed that daily charges of Rs. 8 are being applied.
I request you to please:
Cancel this EFU insurance service immediately.
Refund the deducted amount of Rs. 2950 to my JazzCash account.
Ensure no further deductions are made from my account.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
