Close buisness acount

Dear Customer Support,
I am writing to request the permanent closure of my JazzCash Business Account associated with the mobile number 03256564096.
My registration is currently stuck on the bank verification step with a "Correction Required" error, and it keeps restarting the process. Furthermore, cashback rewards meant for my personal JazzCash account are automatically shifting to this business wallet.
There is a remaining balance of 570 PKR in this business account. Please permanently close this business account and transfer the remaining balance to my personal JazzCash wallet on the same number, or issue a refund via a Transaction ID (TID).
