This is regarding my recent purchase from PriceOye.
You have supplied a DEFECTIVE original charger with my phone. When I plug in your charger, my phone's touch screen completely stops working. I have checked with another adaptor and my phone works 100% fine. The fault is clearly in YOUR adaptor.
This is not a minor issue - your defective adaptor is supplying faulty current and can permanently DAMAGE my phone worth over a lac. Who will be responsible for that?
And your management team's reply is even more pathetic - that I complained on the 16th day instead of 15th day, so warranty is void.
