Alarming pathetic service shipment lost

Dear Authorities,

It is very disappointing to say that I am a regular client of LCS and have been using the services for a decade. But now since a few times I am facing challenges in delivering my shipments as well as not getting any positive response while contacting the POCs.

I have booked my shipment on 2nd May 2025 for Karachi having contents of Pay Orders. Today it's already been more than 15 days but the shipment is not yet delivered or returned. Despite the fact that I am continuously chasing for it, no one is taking it seriously.

As I am a Government Contractor and due to this mishap by the LCS I have lost one of my tender for which I have the right to go legally for my loss.
