I buy bedshet from aspire bedding and after few days the threads are broken of the duvet . And i did complain to them . They ask for pics and videos i share all the stuff to them which was damaged part . The told me send use we wil exchng it did it 7500 bedsheet 250 dlvry i already paid . And then on sending through tcs mine 2500 more money are used . When they recvd the parcel they told me which artcle u wnt to send them a pic nd they told me that this is out of stock i said another one then they said that this bedshet is used etc bcx they were not ready to exchng it they only acting . Then when the were not sending new one they told me we’re sending u the old one but the told me u hv to pay mre money on that old one i say no m nt pay mre

Aspire ko ye final legal msg bhejo - WhatsApp pe: "Order amount 7500 + 250 delivery + 2500 TCS return = Total 10,250 paid. Product defective received - threads broken after few days - This is manufacturing defect. You cannot say out of stock after receiving my parcel and you cannot ask more money for my old bedsheet. Under Consumer Protection Act, send new replacement of my choice OR refund 10,250 including return courier within 24 hours. I have all pics/videos proof." 3. Consumer Court ka bola: Unko bolo "I will file complaint in Consumer Court Lahore - Defective product + extra money demand" - Aspire dar ke foran exchange karta hai is se. Aapko purane bedsheet pe ek rupya bhi nahi dena - Wo already aapka hai. Unko naya dena hoga ya pura 10,250 refund. Aapke pas TCS ki slip hai? Uska screenshot is complaint pe lagao - Strong proof banega.
