Toy Store Pakistan appears to be a fraudulent and dishonest company based in Lahore. I received a completely different and much cheaper product than what I had ordered. The item I wanted was clearly listed on their website, and they confirmed its availability before I placed my order. However, after receiving the incorrect item, I tried contacting them multiple times via phone, message, and email, but received no response. Upon further research, I discovered they are also operating another business under the name 'Night Dress Pakistan' using the same phone numbers: 0344-4*****18 and 0317-40******3. Both businesses have numerous negative customer reviews, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy.

I ordered a toy worth 7850 and they delivered a 1000 rs parrot from Daraz. I tried calling and sending WhatsApp message with no response. I still see there website is operational. Authorities in Pakistan should take action against Muhammad Usman Sultan .

This is a scam operation - DO NOT buy anything from here. I placed an order for an item for Rs14,850. All the communication and acknowledgment was done. But when I received the item it was some random thing from Daraz, not even worth Rs1500. Moreover, it has nothing to do with what I ordered and paid for. Now they are not responding to any messages or emails. The person's name is Muhammad Usman Sultan and operates this scam company via a JS bank account. They have no proper address as well. Stay away.

They committed a major fraud with me, I thought the items were expensive so must be genuine. I ordered a toy at 22,875pkr price and they delivered a random inferior toy(perhaps 500-1000pkr) I'm appalled by their confidence and courage that they still delivered something like the receiver won't notice.

Thus site is a scam! They offer products that are expensive and imported. Ask for full payment upfront. And the send you a random cheap doll instead of the imported action figured that were advertised.
They don't receive msgs or calls after that and go radio silent.
There is no address. There is no landline. Nothing for us to go and contact them directly.
