I placed an order on April 20, 2026, worth PKR 16,202.25 from Qareenay Manzil, an online cutlery brand. Before ordering, I confirmed the product quality via WhatsApp, and they assured me it was good and would be replaced if there were any issues. Upon receiving the order, the quality was poor, so I requested a replacement. However, the replacement items were even worse in quality. I then requested a refund, which they agreed to and asked me to return the parcel. I returned the defective items at my own cost, even though the issue was not my fault. They have confirmed receiving the returned products, but despite this, they have not processed my refund.
