Parcel not received

Tracking ID LE597083907 This is a parcel of mine which I have not received for many days and I have not been contacted in this regard. Today I went to their head office and I found out that an employee named Khawar has delivered the parcel to the wrong address of Aliza Pharmacy without contacting me. and status done with his own name . they said that please take it from there ( Aliza farmacy) . I visited that farmacy and inquired that parcel but they said that we have not received any such parcel. I contacted the Rawat head office again and they said you should wait till tomorrow. I have already been waiting for twelve days and still don't know when I will receive my parcel. even we don't know we will get it or not?
