Respected sir my complaint # 83372 regarding Rs. 5000 transaction from my easy paisa account #03*****21991 to my HBL account # 173379000*****3 on 25/03/2025 was nor credited in my account has been resolved without any detail given.

Hi Dear, I‘m Muhammad Hammad Arshad. I’m writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my Easypaisa Account. Which has unexpectedly locked. My account has been locked because of this payment: (4500PKR) TID: 34591405009.
Kindly, remove this payment: 4500PKR - TID (34591405009) from my Easypaisa account and Unlock my account. So that I can use Easypaisa futures.

My husband sent me money on March 22, 500 riyals, which is equivalent to 37,000 Pakistani rupees. I haven't received the money yet. I have spoken to customer care 20 to 25 times, but they haven't responded. I have also complained on Gmail and email. I have spoken to all the places and tried, but the money hasn't arrived yet. I am checking the remittances again and again. What is the problem? If you want to give me the money, tell me. If you don't want to give it, then refuse it clearly. I have to mention the name of the bank from which the Saudi account was sent. They said we transferred the money, it cannot be returned. I went to UBL Bank to get information. For God's sake, my husband sent 500 riyals to you guys, but the money hasn't arrived in my account yet. The Saudi account my husband sent it from is saying that the money can't be returned because we transferred the money. The Easy Money customer care person says that if the money doesn't show up on the 1st, april then call your husband and ask him to return it. The Saudi bank from which you transferred it says that we have completed the transfer, we can't ask for a return. The money has reached Easy Money but you are not transferring it to my account. Sometimes you say there is no limit, sometimes you say wait until the 1st. April

MoneyGram Transfer Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Dear EasyPaisa Support Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a MoneyGram transfer that has been marked as "Delivered" but has not yet been received in my EasyPaisa account. It has been more than 5 days, and I am still unable to access the funds.

I had sent money to my wife's account on the 22nd, 500 Rials, which is 37,000 Pakistani rupees. The app I used to send it is saying that we have transferred the money but the money did not arrive on Easypaisa. Then we went to UBL Bank. They also said that the money arrived and we sent it to your Easypaisa account because it arrived through UBL Bank. My wife also checked the remittance but the money did not show up. I also talked to the customer care people and got a different answer. May God drown you people. My children did not buy Eid clothes and this message is for the Easypaisa CEO May God give his entire family the worst of difficulties. He is the son of a Jew who burned in the fire of hell.

Aao today I visit your easy paisa digital bank manga mandi branch bypass for account statement last year when I visit your bank security guard not coapretae with me and done bad behaviour when I enter branch manager room to get account statement they abusing me and quarrel with me so please resolve my complaint
