I order food from the California pizza and after waiting if 50 mins they rejected my order and i already paid the payment amd they didn't refund my payment
Hello,
I placed my order (Order No: #Tsm3K8) on 3 April 2026 at 04:14 PM, and I received it at approximately 05:35 PM.
Although the order was eventually delivered, the delay and lack of proper updates throughout the process were very frustrating. The order remained stuck on “Preparing” for a long time without any clear communication.
I also tried to contact support multiple times but did not receive any proper response, which made the experience even worse.
As a customer, I expect timely delivery and proper communication. This experience did not meet those expectations.
I request you to improve your service and ensure better communication and faster delivery in the future.

I placed an order through their website and made an online payment. The customer service called me and said we have cancelled your order, and we will provide you the refund in 6 days. Now they just don’t answer my calls, and put me on hold when I call.

We ordered ranch pizza, but the pizza we were served had no ranch sauce and no mushrooms also the chicken quantity was very less and when we complained about that, they told us that they were out of mushrooms first of all they should be informing us if they were out of any item, but they didn’t. The pizza was not very fresh. Also, there was no water in the washroom and the air conditioning in the hall was quite bad. The service was extremely poor. Overall bad experience. Definitely not recommended…

I visited California Pizza, Iqbal Town, Lahore with my child, expecting a good dining experience, but faced extremely poor service and mismanagement.
After placing my order, I waited 30 minutes, only to be told that my pizza was burned and needed to be remade. I waited another 30 minutes, yet no pizza arrived. Finally, the staff informed me that the pizza had burned again due to an oven issue, and they refunded my payment.
Waiting over an hour with my child, only to leave without food, was frustrating and insulting. If their oven was faulty, they should have informed customers instead of wasting time. Such negligence is unacceptable for a well-known brand.
I request immediate action to improve service quality and avoid such incidents in future
I ordered 3 pizzas from California but they sent only 2 pizzas. When I complaint about incomplete order they said we will deliver your pending order, I waited for 2 hours and called at their helpline for 4 times but they didn't respond. Very very bad experience. Never gonna order again.
It's so bad to first book the order then call to customer for confirmation and when customer verify his address. Then a person asked please share your location on my WhatsApp after that within 2 minutes he cancelled my order without telling any specific reason.

And delivery time that was mentioned in the order was 12:55am .when I didn't recieve order on time and called them, the representative over there lied us that you order at 1:40am. then also I waited for 1.5 hours and rider call me your pizza is cold now i deliver you this is not the right way to deal with your customers.
The most pathetic and worst service of your franchise.
If it was not feasible for you to deliver order on time then you must cancel it before, not let us wait for such long hour .

And delivery time that was mentioned in the order was 9:54 pm .when I didn't recieve order on time and called them, the representative over there lied us that you order at 9:40pm. then also I waited for 1.5 hours and rider came to deliver us pizza at 11:00pm and extremely cold pizzas. I returned them back this is not the right way to deal with your customers.

My name is Syed Ansab Hussain Rizvi. Last night, I ordered a large pizza for 1149 rupees from California Pizza’s Haideri branch in Karachi through Food Panda. Initially, I chose pick-up, but then switched to delivery, which was supposed to take 30-45 minutes.
After waiting a long time, I called the branch and they said the pizza was ready for pick-up. I told them I had switched to delivery and couldn't pick it up, asking them to send a rider and I’d pay extra. They agreed but never called back. When I tried contacting them, they ignored my calls and eventually switched off their phone. My money was wasted, I stayed hungry, and had to deal with the inconvenience.

I recently ordered from California Pizza's Koita branch and encountered several issues.
*Issues:*
1. Unavailability of Medium Pizza: Despite requesting a medium pizza, I was told it's not available and offered two small pizzas instead, with an additional charge of R200.
2. Forced Deal: I was forced to accept a deal including drinks (Coke) without opting for it.
3. Missing Burger Order: I ordered a burger, but it was not prepared. However, the charges were still added to my bill.
4. Confusing Service Charges: The staff member provided conflicting information about service charges: initially stating 2% for cash and 4% for card payments, then reversing the percentages.

I have ordered Pizza from this number (0300-8563134) on Oct 12, 2024. I have ordered thin crust Pizza but Carlifornia team has delivered thick crust. On top of that when I called for the complaint on UAN number, your customer support challenged me by saying you are lying as you have mentioned regular Pizza. Though on my push he agreed to listen recorded call and then said yes you are right. Seriously a very poor customer services I faced from Carlifornia Pizza and I was not expecting this, I am not write to you on this issue by considering human error but just because of your services representative who has challenged me and was denying (means I am lying). That makes me upset to write this down. Appreciate to look into this matter. Thanks

I placed an online order on Tuesday at 08:09 PM through your website using the 50% off deal. Estimated delivery time was 08:54 PM. I contacted your helpline multiple times and every time I was told that the rider was about to arrive within 5–10 minutes. I kept waiting for hours. Later I was told that the branch manager would contact me, but no one called. Finally around 11:15 PM, I was informed that delivery to Mehmoodabad was not possible and my order would not be delivered. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Your team wasted my time with repeated false updates instead of informing me earlier. I request proper action and an explanation regarding this matter.
